How do I contact the Learning Facilitator/ Program Leader?

There are multiple ways to contact your Learning Facilitator / Program Leader.

• Attend Live Sessions. Learning Facilitators will host Live Sessions throughout the course. You can check the schedule on your Canvas Calendar. Live Sessions are a great opportunity to connect with your Learning Facilitators live and ask questions. 
• Q&A Discussion Boards. You can also connect with your Learning Facilitators through the weekly Q&A Discussion Boards. Learning Facilitators will actively monitor Q&A Discussion Boards to answer your questions. You can access these discussions through the Modules tab.
• Open a ticket. You can submit a ticket using the "Submit a Request" link located in the top right section of the Help Centre page. Our Program Support team will redirect your query to your Learning Facilitator.
