Why am I not receiving password through reset link?

Please follow the instructions below to receive the password reset link :

1. If you are using your organization's email account, ask your email administrator to mark our links safe. This will allow you to receive the reset password instructions.
2. Make sure you are entering the correct email address that was used at the time of registration. Please ensure it is spelled correctly.
3. Keep a check on your Spam/Junk folder.
