Why is my password not working?
If you are unable to log in, please try the following steps:

Check for typing errors: Make sure there are no extra spaces, and that you are entering the correct username and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, stored data may prevent you from logging in correctly.

Try a different browser or device: Switching to another browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) or device can help rule out browser-related issues.

Reset your password: If you still cannot log in, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Check your email (including spam/junk folders): You will receive a reset link by email. Make sure you use the same email address that you used to register for the course.
