How do I view my grades?

Please follow the steps below to view your grades in the current course:

In the left navigation bar, select My Programs, then select the course name.

In Course Navigation, select the My Grades link.

As you progress as per the course schedule, you can see a summary status of ‘On-track’ along with a breakdown of:

1. Earned points
2. Available points
3. Locked points

Activities are grouped into module accordions if more than 12 activities are available for you. Otherwise, you will see a list view of all the activities and their grades. This grouping helps to organize the display of graded activities.
Here you can view the activity name, submission status, and the grade achieved.

The activity submission status informs you about the current state of your submission. Here are the possible statuses:

●Locked: The activity is not available for submission.
●Upcoming Due: The activity is available, and the due date is in the future.
●Pending Review: You've submitted, but the grade has yet to be received.
●Missing: The activity is available, but submission was not made after the due date. This status takes precedence over the "Locked" status.
●Graded: The submission has been graded, and your grades are available.

A submission timeline will be available after you attempt each activity.

If you fall behind on your submissions, you will see your overall progress as ‘Falling Behind’ and Missing/Overdue assignments.

From the top right, you can easily filter for missing assignments to focus on and get back on track.

You will be notified if you have passed the course as soon as all mandatory assignments are graded, and your passing status becomes available.

Similarly, you will be notified if you have not met the passing criteria after the course ends.

Note: Optional/ self-study activities may not be visible on this page. You can view them via the Modules tab.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with Program Support for additional help.
